If we had a core with only two factions that would develop evenly, then the games wouldn't stack and the newbs wouldn't be discouraged.

Which squads have inactive leadership? We should be doing everything we can to encourage them to either pass the torch or merge with another squad. Any squad without active leadership is going to be bleeding members. If those members join another squad, great. But if they just stop playing then we're losing allegiance's experienced and loyal players.

Since after weeks of discussion, nobody is doing nothing, it's simple.
Off the roster page: remove the tag
No games scheduled over three months: remove the tag

@NI has remained at 100% activity 99% of the time
people who never log in, get removed
we've been pretty strict on that
we've been too lax on tokens
frankly half of us shouldn't have them
i haven't done anything or played in forever
but as a general rule I try to give up my tokens/advisory positions/etc to those who are better suited/more active
if people want to stay on rosters and to keep their tokens
they need to actually play
and it doesn't matter how you feel about it
because if people keep NOT playing
the game dies
and then you'll lose your roster and tokens forever anyway
and then where will you be
and squads exist for squad game play
if you can't do squad games, you lose your damn squad status
handle your @#(! or it will be handled for you
