Funniest Things you've seen in Allegiance, or List of ironic ways to get booted
I accused this guy on my team of being Cable (@SPQR) because the enemy knew exactly what we were doing and were acting like they knew what we were saying. On team chat. The alleged mole was an AFK guy called starllama. He eventually got the boot after some other guys urged the comm to, but I had intended that as a half-joke half-conspiracy theory. The other guys later attributed it to probes, but I didn't see any probes around...

Corrected for you. Actually I wouldn't call Starfire a voob, as that's an insult to voobs. /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />IB_ wrote:QUOTE (IB_ @ Mar 17 2008, 01:57 PM) If the comm gives the bomber to a voob and is too nice to boot him for his own mistake, you get what you deserve.

If an "AFK" in-game pilot is giving details to the enemy then that is considered cheating and he or she could be banned.Darkcomet wrote:QUOTE (Darkcomet @ Mar 18 2008, 04:49 PM) I accused this guy on my team of being Cable (@SPQR) because the enemy knew exactly what we were doing and were acting like they knew what we were saying. I doubt it really was like that. But he was AFK anyways and if he was gone I thought we might be able to get another person on the team that would actually do something. Though one of the enemies acted rather hurt when he was booted... Might have been him. I seriously doubt Cable would do that...

Kay. The guy who acted rather hurt at the boot was a guy called zdude. He had some numbers after the name too, but I don't remember them.
EDIT: I spotted Starllama and zdude on the same team. zdude played, but Starllama was AFK the whole time and eventually quit. Definitely looks suspicious...

Speaking of which, once I was camping an aleph by myself (in an int of course). I suddenly get eye but I can't see what's eyeing me so I think it came from behind as I'm 400m off the aleph. Turns out it was a Rix SB with a incredibly low sig...nobody could see it, except Crafty (on F3), it was one of those ghost bombers that are actually there but only certain people can see them on F3. He exploded on TS demanding that I pod the SB and I'm like "What the $#@! mate" and then he starts screaming "BOOT HIM!!!!!" and bobody knew what the hell was going on.
Luckily the commander didn't listen to Crafty. /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" /> I love ya mate.
