Scourge are a much more economical way of going. Also the timing of a toss getting sairs and a zerg getting devourers don't exactly line up that great. Just spread them enough, use attack move commands and try evolving them into devourers. You may sacrifice the ground attack but those acid spores make corsairs (and any other air unit) practically useless if you hit them enough (remember that they splash too).
At least if your opponent knows how to do a half way sair/reaver or sair/dt build.
