The original installer was not made to install into the Steam Allegiance folder if I recall correctly.
Any chance you are installing into your old Allegiance folder if you still have a copy on your computer?

Nope. I dont have the asgs version anymore, only the steam one. Also they would be on totally different drivers and paths if I had.

Also using rocks orientation, the mods worked. And its the same place where I was installing the package. I believe the problem is more related as to steam replacing the files the moment I run the game since the mods are different versions of a few .mdl files.

Maybe when trying to copy&paste the files I screwed something on my attempt after installing the package.
