Thank you to Steel Fury.
I remember my first game for Steel Fury, it was against PK although since I was really new to the game the map name eludes me. I flew with a broken joystick with this sync lag on my client but I didn't know it yet (something to do with Vsync) so I could only play scouts, we did well and actually won the game so I was off to a good start. Adept was also playing his first squad game and since we came out of Cadet together we wanted to join the same squad. I picked Steel Fury for the "military theme" that really wasn't there in the end so Adept joined with me. This was also by-in-large to Sp4wn, Hyro, Wizzard, Adam and bad_p. I'm sure I'm missing others but it was so long ago now so I'm sorry if your name eludes me now.
I learnt so much from you Steel Fury. How to become a better person, a better manager of people and better at just about everything I could be.
Not everything I learnt was about to go back into the team however, with many dramas and personal commitments plus working long hours often meant I was away but alas, the times we had that were good and at the peek of the FAO were things I will remember forever.
Even when things go wrong they were indeed good. Some highlights for me were being respected as semi-decent at our peek being one of the top teams and feared by a few for a short stint. Also hosting the AZ games where we brought a police story into the game between SysX and PK. Although Adam had made super large alephs it was still a blast and something that I will often think back too.
I made some great friends in SF. Some have lasted and extended outside of the game and likely forever more. Others are people I am always happy to hear from and is a highlight to my day when I do.
So here's to the end of Steel Fury. Let us lift our glasses in celebration and not mourning for a friend who passed away. It died long ago but the people remained going down with the ship to the bitter end
Steel Fury Dammit.
p.s WHO MOVED MY SHIPYARD!?

It wasn't always a smooth ride but there was far more good than bad. I hope you'll all feel happy to stay around in this community even if you're not playing Alleg any more. You guys are too much fun to lose.
