Yea, I should have clarified that. The newb comm booted Beir for "not following orders" after he gave an order to defend base. He had previously ordered to scout the map and beir was in deep enemy territory and didn't get back fast enough (like everyone else on the team). So the newb comm just booted Bier. I asked him why and he said "to set an example...he didn't follow my orders".
