R6 won't work on my Vista. "MSVCP100.dll" is missing, apparently. Some help please?

since u probably just updated...

System requirements (installer includes everything):
You need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package installed .
You need latest DirectX run-times installed.

Nope, I tried installing that and it didn't work. I even tried to reinstall ASGS and all of Allegiance's files, and still not working. "MSVCP100.dll" is still missing from the Allegiance directory as I have checked it, and I get the same alert, "The application was unable to load a required component: MSVCP100.dll." Anyone else care to help?
