Don't delete anything. The only thing you would want to delete is a ".pack" file, just search in the directory for *.pack and delete what comes up. Also, try changing the Max Texture size option in the game menu (I think the default is 256, but I don't know if it actually has an effect).

I am aware of the max texture setting in the graphics settings. However it does not have any effect on the problem, it does not work. Ill look for the .pack files see if that helps. Thanks

I have done the reinstall but the seem problem still occurs. I have notice it seems the game is generating pack files after the install. Also it generated pack files when I switched to texture pack files i.e turn it on. It seems the game is generating default pack files rather than use the the high res packs that I install. any suggestions . thanks.

you have to delete the damn texture pack before anything works.

edit: yup, every time i add something I have to erase the damn thing, open up the artwork folder and then delete the thing

DID that but the problem persist. What now. I delete the old enviroment packs installed with the game in the art works folder and replaced them with the new ones from the meezuel install mods but the seem old crappy low res enviroment is shown in the game. The high res packs worked with R6 when it was in beta/testing mode once for me and it was great, but i cant seem to get it to work again. arrg..... what gives.

Where exactly are you putting the highres files?
Are they text bmp.mdl (small bmp.mdl) and .png pairs or just bmp.mdl (big several MB bmp.mdl)?

These are large/big, 'like 8Mb" bmp.mdl enviroment files. The originals were like 123kb bmp.mdl files which i delete to replace with the high res "8MB" ones. The high res files comes with an installer that places the files in the allegiance textures folder. But the game did not seem to use them or know they were there even when i use the texture setting "Graphics section" in the game. So i copied the files from the textures folder and paste them in the allegiance art works folder getting rid of the old originals there but still there was no change. don' t know what to do now.

1. Uninstall Allegiance.
2. Download CCleaner and run it. On the left hand side select "Registry" and then click "scan for issues" on the bottom of the page. Place a checkmark next to any reference of Allegiance. Do this TWICE because CCleaner will find more after your first cleaning.
3. Reboot your PC.
4. Right click the Allegiance installer and select "Run as administrator".
5. Once allegiance is installed, don't run it yet. Right click on the Allegiance shortcut on your desktop and select "open file location"....then double click the Allegiance.exe file, NOT THE ASGSClient.exe file.
6. Allegiance will start...click "Free Games" and Allegiance will do a little download and update files...after it completes, exit the game.
7. Install all your high-res files you downloaded from lexaal's website by right clicking and selecting "run as administrator".
8. Close all the open windows and go back to your desktop and right click the "Allegiance" shortcut and select "Run as administrator".
9. Log in using your account name and password.
10. Enjoy.
