get blank .wav file (or wav file you do like, you could also just use another OH ambient sound so you get more of that particular one then any other), go to your artwork folder and find which sounds un-nerve you, replace them with blank file by renaming blank file with whatever the name of the OH sound you don't like.

You know, I have never heard the sounds. I didn't have them before they were put onto AU, and I haven't played OH since the AU push.

Makes sense for a social insect civilization, although presumably they're still technically one species genetically speaking, and just have major physiological differences caste to caste to the point where they informally refer to themselves as separate species.
Or they could be a confederation of species.

But that goes against their canonical description as a race of arachnids with a hive mentality!

then why did you feel the need to post about it here? I'm genuinely curious as to your point with the above post.

In the spirit of enlightenment and to find reason for the quoted post I am going to say some things of similar usefulness to the discussion. I am hoping the endorphin rush or whatever it is you get from this activity also happens to me.

You know, I have never seen the new series of BSG. Never did when it was first on tele, never have when I have an unopened box set lying on my shelf.
You know, I have never made man-love with the hoff, never had in his Baywatch days, and never have in his latter "America Has Talent" phase.
You know, I have never been to the Moon. Never did when we were doing moon landings. never have when we stopped.

anyway....back on topic.

Some of the quotes made me giggle Deathgoat - found it quite enjoyable - thanks

Edit:
No Endorphin rush. I'm still confuzzled by it all.
