I once experienced something very similar when attempting to bomb the enemy's garr. Did all of the usual stealth stuff and got the the final aleph uneyed. The bomber and it's nan train pop through and GUESS WHAT? There was a huge asteroid placed perfectly between the garr and the aleph. We sailed across the majority of the final leg uneyed, popping in to eye at about 1.2k.

The enemy's WTF must have been strong that day!

TC once placed a carrier infront of my aleph, I boosted right through and kaboom ;[

That's the closest thing I've saw to this ~

Seen them in front of the red door, finish your launch sequence and there's a rock bearing down on you.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
