and they'll all fly circles while getting dis3'd or flying into outer sector bounds or fly through an aleph into 20 mines or something

Meh, newbies often listen and perform better than voobs since they're all good and angelic in their pre-voob phase. There is an untapped raw power to be had in the newbie workforce and I think that I am the only current commander that still harvests such a potent resource.
