EDIT:
It (ironically) wasn't the 30k misclick that cost us the game. We had the helium and I ended up spending 15k on miners trying to get an econ back up, so we could've had the adv sup no problem, but we were unable to D miners.

One of the qualities of a great commander is making misclicks work. Back when Noir reordered all the investments from MS to what they are now caused me to buy so many wrong things, I made most work though! Send that garr to their home and int bomb the $#@! out em!

PK took such effort to bomb it, that we had time to mine a huge amount. We only brought ship speed 1 with it anyway.
