Well I was the one who asked, "Are you the Hacker?" And he said "Yes" not much you can do if he's willing to just announce it.

If we get a petition together and pass it to BV maybe we can get 10 or 15 years knocked off his sentence =)...

A "formal" post will be posted when the situation is dealt with, but it's not a 'closed case' yet.

We're actually waiting on communication from Pilot; he hasn't responded to any communications over different channels since the initial 1hr warning. If any of you know him, let him know that we would very much like to hear what he has to say... but I'm pretty sure he knows that by now.

Whatever happens, when the situation is over his ban will be adjusted. How it is adjusted is up to him.
