It could even be seen as hostility towards a new player, something that the RoC specifically prohibits.

I'd consider it a personal attack more than anything, but it's SO far down the line of hostility it doesn't even really bear noticing.

I feel like a bit of a douchebag even saying this, but...

You don't call your computer your "CPU." CPU stands for "Central Processing Unit." It's the chip at the heart of your PC. Your CPU doesn't have a virus, rather, your PC has a virus. Or, more specifically, your hard drive has a virus, as that's where it resides.

Sorry, it's a pet peeve of mine when people refer to their entire computer as the "cpu"......
