Suggestion: Less divisions so that teamsizes aren't comparable to late night @#(! games and will be able to support the large maps.

Get with MadAccountant, get the rules for AW3, use rules from AW3, forget about some huge meaningless map that you fight for sectors on and just play a zone game type hype fest where the commander and the top 5 point leaders, top five base killers and top five whores get on the message of the day until the next zone game.

Reduce the number of teams, put people who actually care into leadership positions. That should get you a fairly active league without a problem.
