People are trying to give a @#(!, but you keep making it complicated and such. Two buttons, one for "Yes, I agree and understand that other people on my account will $#@! up my account." and another button for "No, I don't agree because I don't understand and I don't see how someone else's account can $#@! up mine." Now, I know you're not a stupid guy Froggy, but the gibberish that I was just assaulted with over the last couple of threads is mind boggling. I don't get why you're going nuclear over the fact that you clicked the "no" option and it didn't let you play. Is it that complicated of an issue? Seems pretty straightforward to me...

i may be new to the forums but im not new to things like this. it all boils down to this yes = play (you might encounter problems if you don't understand) no = don't play. so really all your doing is making a simple problem that can be solved by READING and thinking "hmm ok so if i click no i cant play but nothing gets messed up, or if i hit yes it might mess the account up thus i end up joining the the forum and game newbies (me) in the help section."
its all up to you.
simple fix instead of reading whats there ask yourself, "do i want to play? Yes /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> or /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> No.
you decide /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
