I voted both for nan's. Gunners are cheap, nan's are invaluable /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

NOOOOOOOOOOOO, I voted like Malice and- I presume - blackrob. Frankly I would rather go without turrets and get two nans... esp if this 'vet' is one of the 5% who cross-nan...

writing would be easy enough, problem is it would probably interfere with the other things your doing

Just unload turrent when u r uneyed. I do this for all of my gunners, noob or vet (if I remember). Give me the vet on the nan. Good nanage is gonna save the day on a bbr run. Give me vets on nans and noob on turrets, if those are my choices.

ALso, noobs have more fun on turrets -- they only have to worry shooting stuff, not figuring out where to go ro what to do when you get there.

I was in a game yesterday where cross nanning didn't pay off. Two nans started nanning each other so I attacked the bomber and killed it.

Cross nanners: always keep an eye on the bomber!

speaking as one of the noobs potentially in question:

i will not turret. (doesn't sound fun to sit my fluffylicious tush inside a big target heading into enemy territory)

i don't like the idea of nanning (doesn't sound fun to sit aforementioned behind in a lightly armored target orbiting a big target)

i would rather deprobe and probe a sector to ensure that the aforementioned targets don't turn into points for the enemy.

Definitely vet nan is more important. Vet nans can make turrets irrelevant if they are ahead of the bomber scouting for eye.
