Ok I need someone to make a set of banners like a advertisement for Allegiance of probably all size like
740x90
120x600

Why do you need a programmer to make banners?

I've got stacks of allegiance banners. Various factions, all sorts of stuff. Have you tried looking through the saved artwork yet? or the knowledge base? I know we have it squirrelled away somewhere
