I tend to agree, but he wasn't the only one. Anyways, I don't really care. All I need is this game to stay alive until I can pull my head from my arse and continue with RL.

Relax wrote:QUOTE (Relax @ Feb 20 2007, 08:03 AM) That makes an average of over 2 votes a minute from this guy. Impressive performance even for a script kiddie. :-)
It's very easy if you use proxies like the TOR system... /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

The history of open-source Allegiance is paved with the bodies of dead code branches, forum flame wars, and personal vendettas. But a community remains because people still love the game.

Lets make this clear: we don't have a script running somewhere? Our voters are clean? We don't need to call WADA?

ARRG!

graphs
vote count
vote rate
predicted votes

down about 75 on the vote rate, vote harder faster stronger, i refuse to be beaten by a game with someone who votes 500 times a day

I just realised that everybody else started voting a week before we did.

You've got to admire Wizzsszz or whatever he's called though, after all roughly 499,980 of their half mill playerbase can't be bothered to vote for EU, at least he's prepared to give up a couple of hours of his day to make up for for the shortfall in enthusiasm.

WhiskeyGhost wrote:QUOTE (WhiskeyGhost @ Feb 20 2007, 04:09 AM) Alleg didn't have a good rep with me when i first tried it out. Everyone kept complaining about people being "Elite-ests".....
I think the word is elitist

Until you (a cdt noob) podded weedman
WhiskeyGhost wrote:QUOTE (WhiskeyGhost @ Feb 20 2007, 04:09 AM) ....theres the fact that newbs sometimes can't get into a game cause some vets wanna stack the winning team, and make them newbies have to join the weaker side or completely sit out.....
Watch the start of a game -- newbs stack onto one team IN SPITE of folks asking them not to and IN SPITE of introduction when they sign up for ASGS account suggesting that they don't.

In short, allegiance is not hostile to newbies. It is just like any other online game.

Now, be a good noob and go and VOTE

He's being paid in in-game currency, which can be exchanged for real hard cash.
