I logged on to game first time in the weekend just now. The message poped up to say something about recaulculate ranks. I went like "okay... that won't affect me much". So i goto a game, and relize that i'm a (0)again for the third time in the three month i played. First is the R3 release and rank based on age... i worked my way up to (6) and all the sudden elo poped up and i got dropped back (0). Just a few days ago i worked my way up to (4) and was hopping to lose my # soon and now i'm a (0) again. Soooo what's happening?

isn't that the elo start with 1500 and you start with a newbie modifier that dropps your rank down -15 so it appears (0)? And after each week you play the modifier go up one so your rank rises up each week. Then why i'm i a (0)? I can't remember when i registered (too tired to look right now) but at least it was 8 weeks ago because i finished @cadet. Won't i supposed to be at least a (8) now?

okay now start back from the beginning line again...

Hi Angela, I Think I played with you today(good Job in game).

I personally don;'t know what the proper answer is but may help you ease some thougths a little by letting you know that elo thus far is still basically in it's testing stages and in reality means nothing as of yet. Well at least a good whole hearted of us think that.. the Asshats bitch all day long about it but they are bitching to deaf ears imho. Anyways.. I'm not sure if all the work you've done thus far will be recognized within all these changes. Btu I Do know once the 2years of testing is complete we may have some fantastic results. I have swung from 24 to 9 to 10 to 1`5 to whatever in the past 2 years and I've been playing for over 7years. I'm not very concerned since i know the bugs and tweaks need to be kinked out. So at this point I say. Dont' sweat it.!

you might be mistaking /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> i just got back from vacation and logged into game when i relized i'm a (0) and have to work my way up again. Then i was called to dinner so i didn't actually have a chance to play a game yet.

Well as i can see from the leaderboard almost everyone from rank 6 down have been dropped to 0... I just hated when people think it's my first time playing and don't "count" me as playing as they think i might just be flying around and bounce into asteroids /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />

ALthough, you've been pretty active on the boards (and it seems in game as well) so a good bit of us recognize you has having been around at least as long as a (4).

When I'm at work with my roller-ball mouse, I'm a 21 age rank running into asteroids.

When I am on a mouse the asteroids tends to get more kills than the enemy players. I wonder if the stones get any kill bonus... /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Well Angela, that happend to me a lot all those (#) changes. My numbers went up and down like a rollercoaster /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

Currently I'm a (3) again... However, I play just as good/bad as when I had the higher (#) so I'm not really interested in that... To be honest ... cough ... the comments of "some other squad" members were hillarious, especially when they ... cough ... did not win /mrgreen.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="mrgreen.gif" />

lol the game on DN yesterday kind of make me feel sad. Too many (0)'s and people won't accept anymore so i end up have to play a game that have less than 10 players.

besides i thought i posted something about i'm using a roller mouse that's made in china in 1998. That was like 12 yesterday night so i think my eyes just got all blury and clicked the wrong thing.

I've seen you play, and i'll vouch for ya if anyone thinks your some sorta useless newb. It would work too, since everyone thinks i'm pro cause i'm like expert 3 (obviously, they haven't seen me ram a rock/base before, since i do it sometimes to prevent an inevitable kb gain for someone. Also, this theory hasn't been completely proven yet by my testing, but it's still a work in progress)

lol it's so hard to get accepted into team when you're a (0)...
And i was playing in trainning missions a minute ago trying my new G7 on the new HP computer. was using a roller mouse before so G7 is a bit too sensitive so i run into the same rock all the time. Took me 7 tries on the trainning combat practice to actually kill someone rather then run into asteroids /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Anyway it doesn't affect me much as i usually play on my laptop... with my 1998 roller mouse /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />
