Umm 1000 votes in a few days... it is GREAT that we are in 3rd place now. But I would warn against voting too much by any one person, or machine, even if the IP address changes. A simple cookie could alert them that the same person is voting multiple times a day. So unless we are VERY certain we know how they track votes tread lightly in this area. I know you all want to help, but 50 votes coming from the same subnet (and a restricted block of ips) every day might raise suspicion. We could risk being tossed out for vote rigging. At the moment we are only 200 votes shy of first place. Please no one get greedy and push through 2 or 3 K of votes in the next week.

That said, I do encourage each INDIVIDUAL to vote every day, once, or maybe once from home and once from work/school, but not 10 times from school, or going down a row of office cubicles, etc.

From the Entropia forum:

Oh well. Personally, I'm just glad the EU mugs aren't gonna win. I checked out the Allegiance forums earlier; they're all watching us too /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />
MPOGD sure does have a way of causing gamers to b*tch about other gamers. It's like the geek's version of a sewing circle.

Also, it's pretty clear we don't seem to have the playerbase to compete with these bigger games. We did pretty well against EU considering it boasts over 500k players and we have, what, 1.3k? And they still needed to cheat

At any rate, the best we can hope for is top five. Front page of MPOGD is still decent advertising for Dominion.

I'm with Dogbones. A vote from home and a vote from work or school is fair enough.
