Trump appears to be getting things done, in a hateful kinda way. 8 years of Obama was like watching paint dry. He seemed to do alot of nothing, over and over. The economy sucked and you really just wanted to scream for change. To offer Hillary after Obama? OMG I'd take 10,000 trumps over 1 Hillary.
So whatever else you want to say about Obama, the Affordable Care Act was largely a success bringing down the cost-to-user of health insurance and getting millions of Americans insured who otherwise would not have been.

You will of course now froth at the mouth about how some people got screwed over by the ACA and that somehow ten thousand people having a slightly harder time with healthcare is faaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrr worse than ten million people gaining access to healthcare is good, but I've *already* grown tired of that stupidity.

Clearly watching paint dry is way more boring than seeing the United states crumble (infrastructure, healthcare system, education, world reputation, economy, environment, LGBT rights, etc...)

Where you end is where I begin. He's dumb and senile and call me old fashioned, but I expect more from the leader of the free world. Far more.

Plus, he lies constantly. Not even things he has to lie about. Lies that are just transparently false.

I don't get it. Take however dishonest you thought Clinton was, multiply that by a hundred, and that's how dishonest Trump is. By all logic, everything one could ever hate in her, should be despised in him. But they're clearly being held to two totally different standards. I'll leave it for the audience to decide if it's just because she's a Democrat, or whether something else might be a factor.

Personality is all he's got going for him.

MY party always tells the truth.

THE OTHER party is constantly lying.

Our country is locked into a duopoly.

Independents are allowed to yammer as long as they don't rock the boat too much.

Both sides are responsible for screwing the people while wearing different types of masks.

That's one thing I really don't get about the US. It is so locked into this two party system, it is incredible. I mean up until their beginning of their eighties, Germany had more or less three parties. But then the green party showed up and was actually able to join in a coalition to govern the country. Then a fifth party appeared (Die Linke, the leftist). Nowadays a right wing party also sits in the Bundestag.
THe US however: we got two and that's enough to choose from. Other parties don't even stand a chance, because the large ones make it so... This is really weird.

It seems the US is setup for 2 parties because the winner takes all.

The US is "locked" into 2 parties because the Presidency has evolved to take on far more than their constitutionally mandated responsibilities.

The corporations and wealthy want a 2 party system.Loose 1 party and they wouldn't have the power to control the country....the dictator would.

The US has been locked into the 2 party system for far longer than the office of the president has acted beyond constitutional restriction or congressional oversight. Where do you even come up with this stuff

oh right. liberal college
