Why do I get an error that I don't have d3dx9 42.dll?

hi,

installation of alleg went smoooth on my fresh windows 10 computer. On logon I got the "Error, d3dx9 42.dll missing". Found the link in the wiki fast to install latest DirectX 9 files. But the link points to wrong site.

Microsoft DirectX End-User ...

PS: great work on the installer . Professional and easy to use.
