Blake's 7 had even lower production values than Who for goodness sake. Classic show though and an excellent turn from BRIAN BLESSED in the third episode.

that was very similar to how it played in the books, except that Dany's household (who were all killed off at the end of series 2 in the tv show) have a much more prominent role
