Cops firing "dummy" (haha yeah right) rounds, now gassing suspect, we Dorner 2.0? Also apparently suspect let go of hostage unharmed?

It terrifies me that a couple people can die and everyone welcomes martial law.

how can they try to sell this "we're attacked because everyone hates our freedom" nonsense
and then react to any incident with a complete removal of freedoms

I watched John Kerry on C-span tonight talking about how America's freedoms should be the worlds freedoms. This was right after martial law and homes being searched without warrants in his home state. Ironic.
