Why 164% voted:

would be nice having a statistics page for ACSS.

The leaderboard only shows players which played a game which effects ranks, that's okay.

But you also know, that there are enough people who say "Allegiance is dead", just because numbers on leaderboard drop.

I ran a query to get active logins:

Code: Select all

Select COUNT(Id) from [CSS].[dbo].[Identity] where Datelastlogin > (CURRENT_TIMESTAMP - 7);
So I ended up with 106 players on leaderboard and my query with 258 active players.

Someone who doesn't follow the rules (RoC/ToS), like in real live, disqualifies himself.
cashto wrote:QUOTE (cashto @ Feb 5 2013, 05:29 PM) and two others directly appointed without any sort of vote
It wasn't my idea to appoint two Senators, the Allegiance Senate Constitution, the people which helped me to rewrite and update the Constitution, recommend to do so. The idea behind this was to avoid that the Senate was doomed to failure.
cashto wrote:QUOTE (cashto @ Feb 5 2013, 05:29 PM) to discuss issues in a secret forum
Only the internal discussion and voting forum are secret, because there are things which shouldn't be public. There is also a special forum for the Senate to invite people for internal discussions, which wasn't used yet. It's not my fault that the Senate doesn't communicate with the Community and the Community not with the Senate. Most of the past issues were picked up by the Senate themselves.
cashto wrote:QUOTE (cashto @ Feb 5 2013, 05:29 PM) and issue non-binding resolutions in accordance to a Constitution pkk wrote himself.
Who said there are non-binding resolutions? :P

Again, I've wrote the Constitution with the help of other community members, for example BackViper. The whole point was the ZLs were unable to find a successor for themselves and even were unable to a make a decision.
The Escapist (Justin Emerson) @ Dec 21 2010, 02:33 PM:
The history of open-source Allegiance is paved with the bodies of dead code branches, forum flame wars, and personal vendettas. But a community remains because people still love the game.

That's called being a chairman you gammy twat!

In the event of a tie the chair get's the casting vote.
