AAAAAAAAA! It does not work!
Edit: On pkk's server (v1.06.00.9355) pings are not coming back after I change settings. On spunky's server (v1.06.00.9134) it works fine.

I am reporting two bugs right now:
I can't access the Map Keys/Controls option. Doing so instantly crashes with a missing file error (btnload.png). This has been around for a while now.
"Could not open the artwork file C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Games/Allegiance/Artwork/btnload.png"
I also freeze/crash sometimes when trying to connect to lobby or to a server. I've occasionally had this in R5 but it's much more frequent now (or maybe I just got "lucky"). So far it occurred for the two attempts to reconnect to the primary lobby (where everyone else is right now) after the first crash from the above error.
I haven't tested joining/playing a game yet. I will do so later and report anything else I find (I will check if the thrust-bound-to-mousewheel insensitivity bug still exists).
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700 2.66 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT
Mods installed: Just some HD textures for rocks/backgrounds/bases/effects/etc and a few custom edits to my quickchat file (fix typo, add bindings for some of the hidden VCs). No changes to sound or UI (maybe the reticle). I doubt these are having an issue since I've played a game on Beta a few weeks ago and it worked fine (albeit with the same crashes/problems described above minus the connecting freezes).
If I should copy this over to the FAZ Beta Code Bugs forum, please tell me. If you want me to do a fresh install, please tell me.
EDIT: I'm going to try a fresh install with pkk's installer. That should fix the missing file at the very least.

After our commander rushes an OP to their home: I launch AB then enemy comm AB launches. I'm not giving any names.
Tried running pkk's installer; still getting crash with "Could not open the artwork file C:/Program Files (x86)/Microsoft Games/Allegiance/Artwork/btnload.png"
Even after I delete the Allegiance.exe from the main installation folder to be sure it is running Beta/Allegiance.exe

btnload.png is part of the regular alleg install, not R6 update.

Dump it into your usual artwork folder.

Want bigger games? Log on to play at the official game time: 9pmET/8pmCT/7pmMT/6pmPT every day of the week. Also Saturdays 8pm UTC.
Did a fresh install (backed up my old inputmap1.mdl), works fine without the file now (without ASGS, will test with ASGS later).
Will test for other bugs I noticed from the last time I played on Beta and report again if any are still around, since I haven't tried anything yet in-game today (only menu/lobby).
EDIT: I tested a couple things in a 1-player game. Throttle up/throttle down (and i presume zoom in/zoom out) are still extremely insensitive when bound to the mousewheel. I assume they work correctly on the keyboard.
