RT vs. SysX

RT takes the day.

Terran commed belter tacyard while Idan commed IC Tacpremacy

Map was some ridiculous thing that kinda looked like limited diamond.

RT takes choke high, SysX take midhigh sector. RT takes low choke SysX take a sector next to their home low. Both teams go Tac first, nobody buys any tech anywhere. Idan goes into a Sup while Terran moves for an SY. Miner killing begins to take its toll on SysX econ while RT econ runs on 1 or 2 miners at most (but fairly steadily). RT finds nan 2 for miner defense, gets up to 3 miners while upgrading Sup and galving wildly. RT gets bombers and rolls through SysX sectors, gg

I should mention that I think there was only a Corv outta the SY and it popped after defending a miner for about 2 or 3 loads. Terran bought bombers (1st rule of commanding, if you buy bombers you lose) after getting his SY, but they did nothing except let us pop miners.

I would say we could have destroyed your sup early as you had very poor probing in the mid sector next to your sup, but it failed due to a bit of miscommunication delaying us, then getting 2 bombers out instead of an extra fig-nan, and no-one listening to me once we had 2 bombers to do a distraction run on your low tele as you had no sup rip.

Also bad luck for Paps running out of energy as he did almost solo your sup con

This! Just shows that below its badass surface SysX is a very classy squad with a distinct sense for sportmanship =)

Also HSharp I agree we were really lucky that the Sup survived (I guess Energy GA wasnt done yet?) and that your bomber was eyed in the last second.

Yeah, that bomber... I think it got spotted about 10 seconds before it entered our sup sector, and a crucial 10 seconds it was too. We had no tp at the sup so it took a while to get defence there, but they got there just in time it seems. (I wasn't one of them)

Oh, and that tac con nearly dying to a solo sf.... argh that was painful to hear about on mumble & being powerless to doing anything about.

Proxing sfs was fun though.
