Our dev lead has packaged a new installer, allowing new players get in faster than ever before.
It's available at http://getsetup.alleg.net which cycles amongst the download mirrors hosted by our community.
The MD5 for the latest installer is 57e219710a2c596bcc040a50e82124c0

If you're able to host a mirror of the download, please grab it from the link above and post it online. After verifying the MD5, PM the download link to me here on the forums, or simply post it in this thread. It'll be added to the link-rotator.

I've updated my mirror, though it doesn't appear to be in the rotation.

Can we (mirrors) get a mass PM before the announcement? A broken download link never looks good.

BTW, thanks for the update, especially TF's sounddef.

PS. downloads.alleg.net is showing a 404.

a small test shows 50% will get an error.

Work out all bugs, and let me know. The CNET download site takes at least 5 business days to update.I just updated the description area for the community, so any new development will take at least that long to re- post.

Thanks for updating the installer!
And thanks for the Codeplex mirror KG, it is downloading much faster for me.

http://getsetup.alleg.net seems to be capped at 30Kbps for me, but maybe that's my tired old AU connection :P
