[sidenote]+1 thread to juckto's list of Alleg is gonna die threads[/sidenote]
Allegiance, I love it, it's a great game, no other game comes close, but all I can think is to improve the training missions... and I've read how hard it is making the training mission for nanning. Some of the new people get on for their first game at the wrong time during Alleg's Zombie Period where you can't find any decently sized games. Once with only 3- people online I remember a (0) saying...

It's basically % imho. If there are 10 dorks at 1000 playerbase or 10 dorks on 100 players... Lacking efficient "law enforcement" does the rest. Even if one issues a punishment, it was easy to circumvent (I have the printscreens to proof), it seems not effective. Lucky some coders work on an improvement.
But the "dork" % has a good side too. IF alleg completely dies, the "dorks" have wasted a lot of time and need a new career at another game (starting as a "junior dork"). So interesting enough it motivates to keep the game going.
