How to change targeting reticle?

Hi all
I heard its possible to change targeting reticle and available for download. I don't like the default round one.

But I couldn't find the instructions and links to do this. Can some one post it here plz.

Also a suggestion on which one is best suited for th job, is much appreciated.

Use "The Man" or whatever takes your fancy

The files replace the existing ones in your "artwork" folder

I've been wondering for a while how to make a blank reticule to remove it altogether.

But you guys are both wrong, TehBox is much nicer. No annoying dot and text in the center to distract. Only thing is that with modern resolutions I really should make a bigger version of it.

I aim with my genitalia, because it always points towards the easiest target.
