Hi Phal,
Part of ACSS includes sending the Sigma and Mu from AllegSkill into the allegiance client so that AB can be performed on the actual allegskill values instead of on the rank. I already have the values going into the allegiance client for the ACSS integrated build, but there isn't any code in place to use them at the moment (this will probably happen after the ACSS release).
ACSS is still in motion, just a little slow at the moment while other parts of the system are upgraded / coming on line.
If anyone wants to volunteer an algorithm that will do AB with the sigma and mu from allegskill, that would be cool. I can't say when/if it would be used but I'm a fan of throwing lots of things into fans.

use Baker's algpritm the one in the link isn't as accurate
Baker's isnt perfect given wtf do you do post launch concerns, and how long do you tell them no soup for you if they will throw off the balance open questions but it was designed specifically with the current ranking system in mind. The added bonus is ot may bring Baker man back into the game

edit: before we get into another pissing contest about AS the algoritm is based on MSR's work. Only using AS ranks doesn't work out as well... it obstificates the effects of Mu and Sigma negating the very advantages of using the system.
Nice little blog on the subject. He is light years ahead of me on understanding explaining things and also it seems on the details ( I believe he was an author of the paper )
