the highlights: tac nerfs, sy perks which should make it a bit more lethal and viable, new dreg/tf models (with slightly altered gun mounts and automapped, simplified hitboxes). also some small dreg and tf perks, as i feel those two factions are a little weak at the moment.

note: i am not including a new sounddef.mdl file because i do not want to $#@! up everyone's quickchats. however, if you encounter an issue with TF weapons (PE gat, AC, Minigun) where firing causes an effect of obnoxious static/white noise upon holding the trigger down, let me know.

            EW Sniper 1:
                Damage reduced to 40/s [44]
            EW Sniper 2:
                Damage reduced to 48/s [56]
            Sig Cloak 2:
                Energy drain increased to 115/s [110]
            Sig Cloak 3:
                Energy drain increased to 110/s [100]
            LRM Hunters:
                Damage class changed to DM14 [DM04]
            Stealth Bombers:
                Corrected an issue causing these to have infinite cloak duration.
        Supremacy:
            Fighter-bombers:
                Turret mount removed.
            
        Shipyard:
            PD/E Skycaps:
                Range increased to 1500 [1200]
                Now deal an additional 30% damage as AoE damage in a 10m radius
                Dispersion reduced to .0025 [.01]
            Corvettes:
                Signature reduced to 1.5 [2.5]
                Base speed increased to 120 [110]
            Destroyers:
                Reverted to using large shields
            Cruisers:
                Signature reduced to 2 [4]
            Large Shield 1:
                Hitpoints increased to 1200 [1000]
            Large Shield 2:
                Hitpoints increased to 1700 [1500]
            Large Shield 3:
                Hitpoints increased to 2200 [2000]
            MRM Seismic missiles:
                Damage reverted to 500 [250]
    Faction changes:
        Gigacorp:
            Lxy Patrollers:
                Fuel increased to 16 [9]
                Max speed increased to 140 [125]
                Mass reduced to 28 [36]
                Thrust reduced to 600 [1170]
                Rip cost reduced to 0 [600]
                Prox/probe capacity increased to 4 [2]
                Can now use quick-launch missiles

            New interceptor, stealth fighter, fighter, bomber, and gunship models have been added.
            Missile damage increased to 1.1 [1.05]

                    Moved to Shipyard as GT’s gunship equivalent

                    Build time reduced to 60s [120s]
                PE Guns:
                    These should all now sound way more awesome.
                Faction Attributes:
                    He3 speed increased to 1.5 [1.3]
                    He3 Capacity increased to .6 [.55]

Any timeline on this getting pushed out? Despite the inherent awesomeness, the broken sbs are a bit of a bummer.
