Wouldn't it be more balanced if you could research cruisers in starbase? I think that a lot more people would upgrade the garrison then and it would finally make starbase useful.

Just so everyone knows, I never said that. That is made up.

Nobody knows what happened to Noir. Just speculation.

I can't say I like the idea of taking away mines from the Bios fig.

Unless I am reading that wrong and they still have minepacks. If they were able to load actual prox then Im not so sure about that. Sounds kinda beefy.

They were able to mount prox. Also, they got free minepack with a sup.

Maybe giving them starting minepack would be a nice compromise? After all, I don't feel minepack is such a dealbreaker, it's at least harder to use than prox, but gives figs at least a chance to camp an aleph.

I think they always had starting minepack. At least for quite awhile.

well, bios has had starting minepack for as long as i can remember

however, minepacks have a pre-requisite of needing a sup to be mounted and used, so it only mattered if you bought a sup, THEN your bios figs could mount minepacks

After BIOS build a sup, their fighters could mount minepacks (free minpacks with sup).

BIOS fighters with prox mines (doubled minepack capacity) were introduced with DN 00.02.17 (May 2004)...
