RT vs SF

So everyone's too lazy to post a SG thread huh? $#@!ing slackers.

Grav vs some SF chap

First Game was Rix Sup vs Some faction that SF picked but that crashed.

Second game: RT go Bios Tac vs IC Exp.

The map was some custom map that I think I made a few years ago. But IB gave it some poncy name that I can't remember. No doubt someone'll be along in a bit with those sorts of details.

RT send our op and tp somewhere and we defend them. SF get an exp next to their home and probably an op somewhere too.

Grav, in an effort to alienate as many pilots as possible decides that tac is fun and refuses to buy me any proper ships. I state that I'll just fly a fig then. I stick to the fig until Ad SFs come up and then I get tempted into one.

SF bomb stuff, quite successfully whilst we have no real tech and less so as our Tac tech comes up. Once we have sniper 1 and hunter 2 I think that the bomb runs are getting stopped much more but we did lose a couple of teles or something. We try to stealth reg bomb but don't manage anything.

SBs come up and we push SF back. Then I have to sit because a couple of SFs have to go so I go for a smoke. When I get back the Exp is dead and the Gar is being attacked by a surprised Adept who expects to die any moment but actually runs out of ABs. We also have an op building in their home so another SB launches and kills the garr.

RT was fairly mutinous both in game and on mumble, dunno how we managed to get anything done.

Rest assured it wasn't anything I did, I was trying to find Striker all game. Maybe next time.

This week's failed mutiny only got 2 votes. I was only 1 vote short with my mutiny effort last week (no booster 1 for our ints), so the RT troops were clearly a lot happier with the commander's work this week.

We found hunter2 floating, so we had hunter3 sfs within 10 mins of our tac going up. Our hunter2 light sfs met with some success too (killed one miner). SF I think only managed to bomb one base during the game though one op survived with 0% health ("don't ram our base or you'll kill it!"

).

Rav also missed out grav buying a carrier at the start, despite all the teasing he got for it.

Thought i had you at 1 point..

I tried a a little trick with @SF and ordered them to drop mumble so they could concentrate on the game instead of talking..
It went well to a certain extent..

I think we brought in booster 2, gat 2 and dumbfire 2 at least. I kept asking for a sup just so I could use those things on my basic fig.

We wanted him to get a sup in addition to the damn stealth figs Dibbley

Incidentally trying to coordinate ripscouts and play a good squad game with rix sup was really interesting. I wish the first game hadn't been cut short by the server crashing.
