Vogue was banned for something else so the boss thought there was no reason for further punishment. And honestly, from the explanations there would only have been a warning anyway.

Personally I don't see what's so bad about lobby banning other than the stigma attached to it. I mean it's the same as being booted from a team, you can rejoin under a hider and just go about your business. - JUST MY UNINFORMED 2 CENTS

But I will trust BV's judgment since he is a fair and lenient individual!

Lobby banning is different since that isn't a commanders decision. You're removing a player from the lobby, there is no reason for this unless they're being disruptive to the whole game. A commander chooses who plays on their team. The Enforcers and Server hosts decide who can play on the servers.
