why does booting result in total expulsion from the game? I don't see how my not posting my AFK would result in such an effect.....
Several people claimed that both you and eso(0) were afk and on a team (yellow). Beyondpower booted you for AFK was the reason. In the end the game was resigned before the 5min mark.

Booting for being AFK is a very valid reason as you are allowing the other team an advantage in players. Normally the commander should ask whether you're here before booting. I was not on that team so am not sure if this was the case.

Well you stepped away end of game. It took about 6 minutes to get the next game started then you were booted 2 minutes after that.

Have you made a new nick so you can just log back in on that one yet?
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

My apologies.

You could read my first post in this thread again

If you are new and your rank is under 4 you should be protected. Pleaseread this article about it.

If you were booted for any reason other than directly harming the team you are flying for without fair warning, can you please report the incident to BV, stating the time of the incident and what happened. newbie boots are NOT allowed.

Second, it's fairly easy to get back in game after a boot, just register another callsign. This wiki article describes how.

basic info. about booting.

Hope this helps
It's easy to get back in game after a boot. Read the wiki links in ^^ to find out how

TheBlackClap wrote:QUOTE (TheBlackClap @ Nov 6 2010, 01:45 PM) I am new to Allegiance and became very active in getting a forum subscription to come on here and complain about the community. Because I am new to Alleg, I notice aggressive booting occuring by veterans; while after the fact no comments be stated.

First boot: Disagreeing with a veteran about something
Second boot: In process of bombing run......?

I have noticed the Allegiance experienced community is very rude, if you want new blood you need to change that..... :bang:

TUGA totally agrees with you... its a shame that some vets behave like spoiled kids.

I feel that the attitude of the vets turns off a lot of people. Including "most" of the complete morons who infest other games.

what i've noticed is that lots of the old timers really only hate voobs, not noobs. You can't stand there and tell me that spidey doesn't welcome each and every noob to the game, because he sure did when I started playing!
phoenix1 wrote:QUOTE (phoenix1 @ May 5 2013, 08:35 PM) Vogue is clearly #1 and commanding against him feels like commanding against Spideycw at times... though he lacks that little bit of "I don't care who's on my team or what the factions are, it's going to be a stomp anyways" that Spidey managed to pull off in his heyday.

I never said that. I think people are only truely noobs until they establish their reputation. Idiots establish their rep for being idiots very early.
