Since the main lobby is down now we can get some real action on the glorious R6!

Just switch your ASGS to Beta mode, Update/Repair Critical files and connect!

If you still can't get to the lobby, check your registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Allegiance\1.1\CfgFile=http://fazdev.alleg.net/FAZ/FAZbeta.cfg

(It's easily reversible - just uncheck Beta mode, Update/Repair Critical files and you are back in regular lobby.)

Yes, I can play I just can't go fullscreen, and so I can't use my mouse.

Keep getting "The Autoupdate process failed to finish. Try again to finish (Yes recommended)"

Whether I hit yes or no it just goes into a loop, even if I try the autoupdate again doesnt work.

Config reg entry is right too.

Reason not many go on beta is because there are just so many problems with it. If it's not this error it's something else. Well this is my reason anyway.

edit: wonderful it's screwed up my normal alleg too.. same error now.. I'm an idiot for trying beta again with the same results.

edit2: well normal alleg works now but lobby is still down, if this was some ploy to get people to try buggy beta then oh well... time to do something else
