ImmortalZ has served as our Tech Support ZL since the beginning of the ZL system back in 2007. His work is what made the Helpline the excellent resource it is today. It greatly saddens me to announce that ImmortalZ has decided to step down from the position, effective immediately.

FreeBeer has been part of the Helpline team since June of 2007. Because of his long term experience with the Zone, I expect that this will be a seamless transition. I look forward to many more years of excellent service from the Helpline team!

Please join me in welcoming FreeBeer as the new Tech Support ZL!

Congrats FreeBeer!

Since I started with this game not yet a year ago, FreeBeer has been helpful and courteous to a newb. Thank you, FreeBeer, and congratulations.
