Yes,they are.But try shutting down Norton and then launching the game. Then bring norton back up after you get in game and exit.It has issues with Allegiance and a lot of players have switched to Avira or another AV so they can play.(yes, this game is worth the hassle). ;)

OK.

Quick question - are you running ASGS as Administrator, and have you set compatibility to "Windows Server 2003"?

If that doesn't help, can you check if SMART is enabled on your PC please?

I disable Norton so I don't think that is the problem. I can get my router and modem info in a bit.

Yes I'm running ASGS as admin.
Set ASGS compatibility to Windows Server 2003? Can you explain?

And I'm looking into the SMART thing right now.

Thanks guys!

Sorry - didn't explain that very well, I meant - set the Windows Compatibility Mode for ASGSClient.exe to Windows Server 2003 - instructions belwo....

Right-click on ASGS (sometimes labelled Allegiance) the blue icon Click on properties Click on compatibility tab Click on check-box which says "Run this program in compatibility mode for" Select Windows 2003 server Press Ok Run application
