About 2 months of LAN DM fights with my friends on local network led me to try the online version of the game, and I am lovin it!

Hi! I'm also newbie.
But first of all i have some problem with too high rank.
I've created account few days ago, today attempted to create a new one - same problem:
"Date: Mar 2 2010 5:51PM
From: Pook
** NOTICE ** : Your rank has progressed from Novice to Intermediate. You
are no longer permitted to play on the newbie server. Any veteran
playing on the newbie server will be automatically banned by the ASGS
System."
Can anybody help me with this?
Rest of gamers thinks that im intermediate instead of noob.
That can leads to some irritation why I'm so lame

Has anyone played allegiance on that PC before you?
It appears your account is linked to someone else.
You can find out who by logging in with your callsign here, and looking at the active callsigns list.
Edit:
To fix it, an admin will need to do it, either TE or TB.
