I was just booted in game by Psychosis@XT. I had been probing enemy sectors (wiht no missiles for greater speed) all game (about 15-20 min) until i heard him ask for us to destroy an incoming carrier. I launched a fig, was podded and promptly booted for "uselessness". That is clearly against site rules yet Psychosis flaunted his impunity by saying "it's been awhile since I booted anoob".

I also note that there was no warning, no read the chat VC, nothing. This is clearly against site policy and I await to see if I have any recourse to the stated rules. If not I will assume this community doesn't want me around and I will leave you to your game. The @alleg member (finger) in the room seemed to sympathize more with the commander than me.

You ripped a BASIC SCOUT TO A RIX SR SCOUT, then you and the other guy tried to outrun a fighter, and BOTH ended up dying to it.

also consider, booting you and the other guy, put 2 more experienced players on my team, we lost anyways, because at that point the game was shot

I've been playing this game for about 2.5 weeks dude. That was out of line. If the game was shot anyway then you can hardly blame it on me personally. I found their miners. I found the up alephs. I probed the enemy's home. I found you like 4 cash bonuses and prox 2 tech. You booted me for inexperience which under whatever circumstances is clearly against the stated rules. You then proceeded to insult me after I asked you about it.

I see lots of big talk about being nice to the noobs and a big rule seems to be don't boot them unless they're really actively hindering you, and you give them fair warning. I wasn't and didn't. Is this rule enforced? How am I supposed to learn when I get treated like this in the few good sized games I find?

Perhaps you'll learn not to rip a $#@!ing basic scout to a SR scout.

I hate it when people do that.
