Sound Issues

Now that I think about this more, It sounds like it may be a problem with DirectX and the Allegiance Sound Engine. I would say try to reinstall DirectX 9. If that doesn't work, we've got an Allegiance build with the Microsoft Original Sound Engine I can send you to try out.

Reinstalling DX and the VIA Vinyl Driver and Codec's did NOT solve the problem.

I tried expanding the OGG's during install into wav's and Media Player can not play them either.

Downloaded iOrgSoft Audio Converter and ran all 1,108 files through the wav conversion engine - NOW I CAN HEAR THEM with Media Player but I can not hear them IN GAME!
