Well here's a strange one and I doubt the helpline can help on this one ...

When I first installed Allegiance this go 'round, and nice job getting this baby to actually WORK on Windows 7 Ultimate x64 I must say, I couldn't hear the sounds from any of the OGG files.

Uninstalled, then reinstalled and this time expanded the OGG's to WAV's and I still can't hear ANY of the sounds.

Went to the artwork folder and tried playing them with Media Player and they STILL don't play. Oh I can see Media Player go through the motions, no errors except on a few of them.
Tried out a few of the WAV's in the %WINDIR%\Media folder and they play just fine. No other issues of any sort either ...

Perhaps Windows is missing the required codec for these babies?
If not, what ELSE might the deal be?

God I just hate VIA - this machine has the VIA Vinyl 1780s

Install the VLC Media player, it should have all the codecs you need.

@SR-71 : How would installing vlc help him? It's a self contained player. It doesn't install codecs.

Your sound card might not support the sampling rate and resolution of the sound bits. Did you try updating the drivers?

You should've just bought an R2E, y'know :P
