I've seen you playing recently Bamelin, your a bit voobish but not that bad. Keep with it, enroll in some cadet/AFS and you could be a good pilot, no reason to quit!

heh I haven't played in at leasta year and a half

I don't have a computer anymore, only use a netbook. I remember though when Allegiance first released ... the beta was incredible, still remember massive 3 faction battles. I still have my retail disc =) I bought a 200 dollar stick (Microsoft Sidewinder) just for Allegiance. The subscription model killed the game at retail, but the fact that it's still played today by an active community really says alot about what the developers built.

It's been polished further, and still is. Most likely the game will run on your netbook. You can get a good joystick much cheaper these days as well.

It warms my heart to see something like that :iluv:

Comments from Applicants to AFS

QUOTE Just discovered Allegiance via a link from Penny-Arcade; played through the first few training missions and it looks promising but difficult
QUOTE Looking forward to learning how to play this game! Found out about it through the link on the penny arcade website, and after reading the Wiki, applying for the AFS seemed like the smart thing to do.
After this and the other recent marketing efforts applications to AFS are well up! :iluv:
