oi, Ozzy is nothing but the dog's *^llocks.

The talking animation takes a while to make and I am sure there are many many of you who could easily make something far surpassing anything I have made. There is a demo of the software called crazy talk, I demand that if you always wanted to have a go at animation, download it and give it a go. I only scratched the surface with it. There is a really advanced model generator that also allows facial animation lol! I wanted to give that a go but alas I just will never have the time to do it. Although I had high aspirations in doing some comical stuff with Aarmy & BV.

I did manage to read that I could import the alleg models into the software but I was too stupid to do the skins. You will only need four or five decent models and the sky is the limit on what you could do.

Btw I made those models for a Aprils fools joke on the community a couple of years ago. They were meant as demo for my squad to have a laugh at especially since we were playing Ozzy and his pack of dogs the following week in a squad game.

We got some "Help" here that can be upvoted on reddit here. Surely it is not that direct, but I would not say that this is bad for us either. I dunno if it is that good being amongst all the other games, but the article itself looks good for us !

Tannar wrote:QUOTE (Tannar @ Feb 3 2010, 04:45 AM) I meant was there any press release by the Allegiance community that this article is based on?

In my experience some (especially smaller) articles are in fact based on press releases sent out by the publisher of the game (or rather their PR people). This is why press releases are rather important. And this is also the reason why a good press release looks not all too different from a small article: less work for the journalist to make it into one.

Disclaimer: I am neither journalist nor marketing person, so my impression of the whole business may be incorrect. Please correct me if I got a wrong idea.
Hey Tannar,

I don't know of anything that was released. The marketing team here is very new and just began our efforts in January. Someone might have posted it knowing that were working on marketing and just not notified us? It's not just the marketing team that will "market" Allegiance, but anyone and everyone who wishes to do so:). We just ask that they coordinate efforts with us and keep us informed.

Quick thought on the poster thing. Can we re-jig one of them to be postcard size but somehow keeps the address in good view? (Hard one I know) A4 is too big even as landscape print.

Think ye on Allegiance, and wonder why we have not returned to that fertile soil.
Wait, what?

I can't draw the line from PC to console play to Allegiance. Did MS initially plan to have a xbox version of Allegiance?
