The server runs on linux.

Don't know about TAG though, who wants to deal with .NET garbage these days?

dont sweat it TE, i've been a *nix sys admin for 5+ years and pulled my share of all nighters in the datacenter for whatever "business critical" crap, nobody's job is on the line for this upgrade, please take it easy, we know you're doing your best.

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
