im fairly certain we got hvy ints just before our 7k exp bombrun, "spamming specmines" means he got 3 total, and with a sliver of hull left on the exp and almost no nans left i intone to andarvi "use the force." Map was IO, Settings: 1.0/1.0, Dreg (XT) vs IC (SysX). I was commanding SysX (& mercs), Virulence was doing XT.
Game starts, I buy the usual crap... Miner, op and tp con, tp con plants at home we push op to the right. We get there first and secure the right choke, they were going to the right as well and since they couldn't get in the sector they resent their op con low and then all the way to the left where they plant it on the left choke, SysX gets an exp out and put it to the left of home, we lose a miner outside our garr somehow while they lose one as well I believe. I get a 2nd op con and since I didn't buy enh cons it takes an age to get to the exp, meanwhile XT puts a tp low next to an U rock and gets an exp. We push our op to their op on the left side and I start bombers (Broods whines about this... but later he was going to witness the uberness). I tell team to bomb their left op but they say their miners are low and it's better to kill them, I agree and whole team rushes their miners and kills 2, by this time XT was starting to spam spec mines.
After XT miners die we bomb the left op and dies, we kill their last miner I think while they keep pumping specs out. Since we have nothing to do but miner D I tell the team to try to bomb their expansion from our right op, Andarvi gets the bomber and invokes the force. Team walks 2k from op to aleph, then 7k to their expansion while XT pours the whole team into the bomb run, epic bomb run is epic and we kill their exp while Cable soils himself over TS because of this.
The last remaining U rock is in the middle, by this time we have hvy ints, I start an op to get middle sector secure... XT buys another exp con while shadowfoxx clears the map literally with 1 bomber leaving them to their home, I tell the team to get to the middle, XT can't build their exp and decide to buy a sup con while we get the middle sector secure. Sup con starts to walk towards C rock in their home... I see them break the middle camp and I tell the team to rush sup con, sup con dies. After this I buy 4 miners, XT manages to build the sup and get enh figs, we proceed to whore them a lot to finally bomb the 2 remaining specs in their home, the garr and lastly the sup. Game ends.
