and also confirm that Voice Overlay works as well.

Are there any other implementations of Teamspeak out there? the actual program kept freezing on me. TSO notwithstanding.

Voice overlay as linked from Notjarvis works good. Link here

Do not forget to set the properties for the program (right klick on the icon) in Vista (and as I have heard also in Win 7) so the compability is for Windows server 2003 (service pack 1) and also run as administrator and all will be fine =)
Riddle them with bullets and dazzle them with style... ;)

I use this and I never needed to put it in compatibility mode or run as administrator but then again I could be running everything as an administrator
