The reason you can "whore" on mini3 hvys with an enh. fig is because the people flying said hvys are not on Drizzo's list.

I'm sure any one of them would give you a prompt lesson in humility (which you seem to badly need) if you were to try and "whore" on their mini3 heavy with an enh. fig. ;)
